Captain Realty Inc. was founded in 1995.  It's main focus is providing property management and consulting services to a variety of ICI owners and clients.

Captain Realty is comprised of a principle staff that has more than a century of combined real estate management, development and construction experience.  Captain Realty Inc. currently manages a portfolio of approximately one million square feet.
